PRODUCTION :

With this concept and process design which was implemented, both essential criteria in lubricants manufacturing (contamination and accuracy) are performed. The rate of reprocessing is lower 2 %.

In term of packaging, the design of equipments (small packs and drums filling machines) was directed fore more flexibility and accuracy to be able to fill several packs with the same machines :

• Plastic packs from 1/2 liter to 5 liters and 1 gallon.
• Cans 1/4 gallon and 1 liter.
• Pails and drums from 10 liters to 55 gallons.

INVESTMENTS :

L.E.M. Plant cost unit is from1,5 to 2,5 millions €  according to equipments which composes it (number of packaging machines, mixers or flow metering modules.

Site environment cost (Storage tanks, Buildings, loading and unloading facilities ...) should be estimated case by case, according to the local conditions of storage and supply.
