P2R - Petroleum Residues Recycling

MODULAR  EQUIPMENTS :

Modules and equipments are designed for shipping in standard 20’ and 40’ containers.

Equipments included :

Distillation column, drums, exchangers, pumps and motors, utility module (Heater, steam production, water treatment, water cooling, air compressor), Instrumentation and Computer supervision, Electricity, Piping, Steel structures, Insulation and coating.

Excluded of Modules : Site facilities, Storages, Loading and Unloading facilities, Utilities, Buildings

This unit is designed and erected in accordance with International standards of construction (ASTM and API), as regards  standards of calculations for equipments as well as International environment standards for liquids, gas and solids emissions.

It can be entrapped on an existing site where storages tanks and loading and unloading equipments are existing or grassroots, as the example opposite.

The minimum area to respect clearing distances between equipments and fences is 7000 m2.

It is completely self-contained, and has no liquids discharges because a specific water treatment is installed, Tanks are in waterproof retention pond, and a basin (500 m3 or more) gets back the possible leaks, trough a sewage system.
